About Me

I am Irish and have been living in Copenhagen since 1994. I'm married to a Dane we have three daughters. I have been working for the UN for the past 7 years. In my free time I like to hang out with family & friends, run, watch movies, read, travel, write on this blog and my food blog. I've discovered that the part I enjoy most about the food blog (apart from eating the food!) is taking the photos. That's a lot of fun and I'm trying to get better and better at it.
